Every business person understands that word-of-mouth is the most effective marketing there is. Referrals are easier to close and tend to spend more money than clients that arrive to your business through other channels.
Yet, only three-percent of business people know how to proactively instigate and amplify more referrals. When a brand follows my three steps effectively and consistently, they can proactively increase their leads by 300%.

1. Create positive experiences with your clients. Render great service as fast as you can. This will be the foundation for cutomer loyalty.
2. Document your customer’s experience in some way. This could be a review on Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc., a page on your website dedicated for positive reviews, a videoed testimony, case studies, press releases, or some similar type of content.
3. Amplify that positive content through your lists, partners, events, as well as through organic and paid social advertising.

Continue to executive steps 1 through 3 smarter, faster and to an ever-growing base of clients. The more intelligent and creatively you execute upon these steps, the more referrals you will create.
