A short video of a 1881-S Morgan Silver Dollar graded MS67* by NGC.
Here is an amazing 1881-S Morgan Silver Dollar which has been graded MS67* by NGC and is encapsulated in one of the newer-style edge-view holders. The star designation is given by NGC to coins with exceptional eye appeal. This silver dollar has very strong original mint luster that cartwheels around each side. Not only is this coin quite flashy, but the toning is quite attractive too. The obverse is fully toned with rainbow color that goes from a light golden color through a deep and vibrant green color that covers around a quarter of the surface. The reverse is mostly untoned with just a touch of color near the rims. This high-grade example has a nearly flawless reverse and just a couple of light hits on the obverse including a small mark on Liberty’s chin of note. Otherwise, this is a stunning high-graded toned example of the Morgan Silver Dollar.
