Hey Guys! Bob Brennaman here. I'm a realtor out on Daniel Island. I'm standing on the banks of the Wando River. Getting ready to do another segment of our JUST SOLD videos. I hope you enjoy. So, we're walking up from the banks of the Wando. We're going up to this house at Mitchell's Wharf. Again we are recently closed. I really like Mitchell's Wharf. It's a part of Daniel Island, it's a subsection of Pierce Park, I believe and not a whole lot of homes on this street in the Mitchell Wharf section. But they were built by David Weekley. I believe John Wieland built some across the street from this park. But I love this section of the island. Really pretty architecture. The house that we closed here, some clients from out of town, is right in front of us. The house I'm going to walk you through was built in 2011. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 being in the main house and there's a guest house in the back with a swimming pool. And I'm going to take you through the main house. Again, built in 2011. Roughly 3100 square feet and I'll pan through here so you can see. Gas lanterns, not lit up today unfortunately, but it's a pretty look. Again, beautiful section of Daniel Island. Some have nice river views off their front porches. All right, guys, I cannot put it off any longer. I have to have a root canal done, so I'm going to sign off for now.
