The Poor People's Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival” is restoring a movement for wholeness started by Martin Luther King just before his death in 1968. Inspired by the leadership of Rev William Barber, a DoC pastor from North Carolina, Disciples from across the country are challenging the current system which shows so little concern or respect for the poor, the sick and the ‘strangers' in our nation. Come to learn about these efforts and to discuss how each congregation can make a difference in their neighborhood.
