Tomato Chicken Curry !

Ingredients-
500gms chicken
4 tbsps oil
1/2 tsp cumin (jeera)
1/2 tsp mustard (rai)
2 dry red chillies
2 chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies
handful of curry leaves
5 chopped tomatoes (can also use tomato puree)
2 tbsps red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
salt as per taste
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kasuri methi (optional)
coriander leaves for garnishing
