Prince Louis and Princess Kate's sweet moment at the Carol ceremony did not go unnoticed

However, there was one beautiful detail that almost no one noticed. During the service, Prince Louis was seen approaching his mother Kate as they sang hymns.
The gap between six-year-old Louis and nine-year-old Charlotte was evident when the prince chose to stand close to Princess Kate.

Held at Westminster Abbey, the festive event brought the royal family together in celebration of Christmas, and the young royals certainly stole the show.
The young prince went on to leave notes on the “Tree of Kindness” set up as part of a carol service dedicated to those “who have shown love, kindness and compassion to others in their communities.”
They all arrived carrying their red cards and Lewis can be seen holding the handwritten words: "Thank you grandma and grandpa for playing with me."
The message is believed to refer to Kate's parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, who are known to be grandparents.
The siblings were all smiles as they joined other members of the royal family for the special evening.
Led by Princess Kate, the Together at Christmas event celebrates community heroes and those making a difference in their local areas.
Despite the health challenges Kate has faced during what her husband, the Prince of Wales, recently described as a "brutal" year, the Queen appeared to be in great spirits as she hosted the event surrounded by her loved ones.
The event forms part of Kate's gradual return to public duties after completing chemotherapy in the summer.
The event was the fourth time Kate has held the Together at Christmas carol concert, which is supported by the Royal Foundation.
