Ciguatera Fish Poisoning is a serious topic not many people know about. I'm not saying every fish has ciguatera but some fish have higher chances of having it than others and size does matter. Location also matters, the most reported incidents of ciguatera in the state of Florida have come from South Florida. Water temperature also has an affect on ciguatera.
