On Saturday, October 19, 2013 at or about 11:49P.M. an Auto Theft occurred in the 1000 Block of Gov. Nicholls. Video surveillance cameras captured an unknown black male wearing a green hooded sweatshirt with dark pants take a blue Honda Scooter from the 1000 block of Gov. Nicholls. The unknown black male is then seen fleeing north bound on Gov. Nicholls towards N. Rampart to an unknown location.
