The Pop-Up Restaurant is the final project of Professional Chef Culinary and Pastry Bakery Program. After 9 months of studying in Bali Culinary Pastry School, students are challenged to craft a unique Pop-Up Restaurant experience.
Under the guidance of all instructors, student had to learn and implement all the processes needed to plan and concept the creative ideas of the restaurant and recipes, organize, run and evaluate the event from beginning to the end.
