This was the last SpaceX launch of 2017, a Falcon 9 carrying 10 Iridium satellites into LEO. I went outside hoping to see it and was not disappointed. I don't think this video does the launch justice because with the naked eye everything was super clear. You could see the cold gas thrusters on the first stage and I could even see either the landing or entry burn on the first stage as it came down. The second stage stayed visible for a long time as the rocket traveled down range.
I apologize for the yelling in the video but I was trying to point out the launch to some of my neighbors. I should have grabbed my real camera but my phone was almost as good.
