My lower back was feeling really stiff, sore and in a lot of pain after a long week of packing and moving in uncomfortable positions. This is what I did pre workout the other day to get myself moving better and training properly as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that your results may vary with this, but this is a great general warm up that I like to do before Lower Body Workouts.
