Most people view junk mail as an issue of inconvenience, but it's more about security and privacy. The more junk you receive, the higher your risk for identity theft as well as fraud.

After 12+ years of offering private tech support to thousands of clients, I have developed a few theories about junk mail. This video is research for a future video about who receives the MOST junk.
