DC Voltage controller circuit, how to make voltage regulator using igbt. ( how to make an adjustable voltage regulator using IGBT )

This circuit can provide 50V, and 40A DC as maximum INPUT. It is adjustable from 0V to 50V DC. This is a very good Circuit and you can apply a battery charger and solar charge controller. But use a large heat sink. good luck to you.

Components used in this project:–

1. IRF450 IGBT
2. 10K Potentiometer
3. 470R Resistor
4.1M Resistor
5. 3A Diode
