Enjoy this 30 Minute full body pilates workout to help you feel good and feel strong. It will tone and strengthen the muscles using the traditional exercises to show you how great a workout Pilates really is. This will be a mixed ability level and I'll add stretches, variations and modifications so yo have lost of options. Using my 20 + years of Pilates experience I have put together a strong session that is both calm and focused but with attention to detail; you will feel both energised and relaxed by the end.
