GDT Tower is architecturally designed by Aedas Singapore and has Oliver & Ho Association as the technical consultant for the project, co-constructed by Shanghai Construction. Starting from the foundation phase of the building, this project will take about 24 months or 2 years to build, the building is worth 60 million US dollars.

The new GDT Tower will feature a 36 Floors, 154.8m at Chroy Changvar area, with a total construction area of ​​97,700 square meters, with more than 1,300 parking spaces for government officials, general meetings and the general public.

The new General Department of Taxation tower is located in Chroy Changvar Village, Sangkat Chroy Changvar, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh, which will be a collection of services for taxpayers in one place.

And luxury, and there are also supermarkets, banks, partners in the provision of tax receipts and payments, companies that provide tax support services.

It should be noted that this huge building will contribute to enhance the beauty and become a landmark of Phnom Penh and the Kingdom of Cambodia, and also a symbol of the progress of the internal economy of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
