This simple Japanese Pasta only takes 20 minutes and has all the umami 🤌🏻
Recipe 📖👇🏻
* 1 pack of spaghetti
* 2 7oz jars seasoned Japanese mushrooms
* 4 tbsp of soba sauce
* 2-3 handfuls of bonito flakes
* 2 stalks of green onions
* 30 cloves of whole garlic
* 1 tsp of red chili flakes
* 1/4 cup of olive oil
* 1/2 cup of shrimp
1. Heat olive oil on medium low heat and add whole cloves of garlic. Slowly cook until golden brown.
2. Take off heat once garlic starts to turn brown. Add red chili flakes so it can infuse into the garlic oil.
3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
4. Boil spaghetti according to packaging directions and add to the infused oil mixture.
5. Add chopped green onions, seasoned Japanese mushrooms, and bonito flakes.
6. Plate with thinly sliced green onions and some more bonito flakes to finish.
