Reykjavík, Iceland Drive Around in 4K. In this video I drive around Iceland's capital region to explore some of its rich neighborhoods. There are many rich neighborhoods in Reykjavík and I will tour them all in the near future so stay tuned:)
One thing I want to mention that is very extreme in Iceland is that sometimes it's not just the size of the house or it's luxurious features that determines the very high prize but instead simply the location. An average family house located anywhere in the capital region usually cost around $1million dollars or about 100 million Icelandic Krona but the most luxurious homes can cost up to $5 million dollars or about 500 million Icelandic Krona which is absolutely crazy. Some luxury apartments located down town Reykjavík can even cost the same.
