In this video, we take you through the journey of a 3-day water fast that was inspired by Dana White and Gary Brecka.
You’ll see benefits of a 72 hour water fast, how we approached it, and recommendations if you want to do it as well.
All we had for the three days was electrolytes, but make sure it’s zero sugar, carbs, fats, and calories. Amino Acids before working out. And Bone Broth 1-2x a day after the first 24 hours. Make sure it’s under 50 calories so you don’t break the fast.
Our biggest concern was sleep. With so much going on in your body it can be hard to fall asleep and we had that happened on day 3 of the fast.
The benefits we had were 20 total pounds lost, mental clarity, and building discipline to not eat out of boredom.
We highly encourage anyone to try this, and it’s something we’re going to be doing multiple times a year.
