The Cropmaster is a tractor-mounted boom sprayer, which is mounted on a tractor 3 point linkage. This sprayer is easy for mounting or dismounting from the tractor due to the provision of 3 point link attachment. The Cropmaster having a 400Lit main tank,40lit rinsing tank, and 10 Lit hand wash tank for clean water.
It provides Uniform coverage and giving the best protection for your crop. This Boom sprayer Works on 18 HP and above tractors. This tractor-mounted sprayer saves chemicals, time, and money for the user. This is useful for spraying on all types of ground crops like soybean, tur, chili, cotton, etc.
This Tractor mounted Boom Sprayer comes with the winch mechanism for boom height adjustment up to 6 feet, which is useful in all kinds of crops like cotton which have 4 to 5 feet heights to crops like soybean, gram, etc. It also has a 2-way adjustable brass nozzle, which gives the adjustable spacing as per crop row spacing. Also, the individual nozzle can shut on and off. The PRV provided with the tractor Mounted Sprayer reduced the excess pressure on the pump, which prevents the pumps from damages. The tractor-powered sprayer comes with a 5-mode controller and two-way nozzles which provide accurate delivery of chemicals. In this Boom sprayer, we provide the back folding option for an easy folding while at the end of a farm or any obstacles in the farm, which will save the spraying time due to easy folding.
Diaphragm pump specially designed for the pesticides and chemical spraying application, it provides continuous water flow without pulsation. The diaphragm pumps having less maintenance due to the minimum moving parts.
This Boom sprayer similarly works as the other tractor-operated sprayer. The source of power is the tractor PTO shaft which transmits the power from the tractor to the machine. This is lightweight than other similar sprayers.
