INCIDENT TEAM & OPERATION

On 08/03/2022, Ct Rohtash and Ct Sunil were performing their patrolling duty under the direction of SI Kuldeep Singh, I/C PP Tilak Vihar under the supervision of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar SHO/Tilak Nagar and overall supervision of Sh. Surinder Singh ACP/Tilak Nagar at Double Storey, Tilak Vihar in view of prevention and detection of crime.

During patrolling, team seen one suspicious person on a scooty. Being suspicious, he was signalled to stop, but on seeing the police team, he tried to evade. Owning to the promptness of staff, he was overpowered and apprehended by the staff. During checking the details of scooty, it was found stolen from the area of PS Mangolpuri, Delhi. During interrogation and on their cursory search a button actuated knife was also recovered from his possession. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 335/2022 Dt 08/03/2022 U/S 25/54/59 Arms Act has been registered and investigation taken up. Later on, one more scooty stolen from the area of PS Tilak Nagar was recovered from his instance. Further investigation is in progress.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON

1. Akhil @ Kapil R/o Kailash Vihar, Aman Vihar, Delhi Age-25 Yrs. Accused is active criminal of PS Aman Vihar involved in around 30 cases, out of them around 15 cases are of burglary.
RECOVERIES
1. Two stolen sccoty.
2. One button actuated knife
