“One day while changing a flat tire, the Bone Man discovered a dead body in the trunk of his car. He had know idea who the body was or where it came from. However, the Bone Man didn’t have time to worry about it, as he was too busy preparing for the next taping of his cable access television talk show. His next guest was to be a man from the future known as Time Travel Bill.”

VIOLENCE GIVES HIM HOPE is a surrealistic dark comedy about a hapless talk show host (cult figure and battle rapper Tim "Bone Man" Burgess") and the various whacked-out misadventures he gets into. These include one of the most absurd (and gory) games of Russian Roulette in movie history with a dude who looks like Jesus (battlerap icon turned roadside assistance guru Diggy Splash).
VIOLENCE GIVES HIM HOPE was shot over a period of 3 1/2 years on a budget of $2,500 with no crew, no script. It’s perfect for those of us who enjoy cult cinema and midnight showings.
