Telangana Style Mutton Curry with Jowar Ki Roti
Jowar Ki Roti
Ingredients:-
Jowar Flour- 1 cup
Warm water - 1/2 cup
Salt - Pinch
Telangana Mutton Curry
Ingredients:-
Mutton - 1kg
Onion - 2
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tb spn
Chilli powder- 2 tb spn
Coriander powder- 1 tb spn
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tb spn
Salt - To Taste
Method:
In a pan add oil, onion slices , salt and sauté it till golden brown colour.
Then add mutton and brown the meat on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
Now add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and water. Cook it till mutton is soft . Then add chilli powder, garam masala and cook it for 3-4 minutes. In the last add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Serve it with Jowar ki Roti and onion salad
