Now it is time to finish up our "Discovery Phase" of this Project by completing the scope of work. We want to break this project into steps and plan out how we will get all of it done.
The scope of work is important when planning a large project so you can specify to a client how long and how many resources each stage of the project will take. It also allows you to make sure you are staying on track and productive.
