Installing WeMod with Steam Tinker Launch, recorded with the Decky Recorder plugin. My presumption is people having a basic knowledge of the Discover store, Proton Up-QT, and Steam Tinker Launch,, downloaded from Proton Up-QT. If you don't know about those, there are a million tutorials and they are very invaluable resources. Most games you can switch between the game and WeMod no problem, but some games, like Brutal Legend, bug out when switching windows so i used the Android app to activate the cheats. First time i started the game the cheats kept deactivating so i also got to show one of the common ways to troubleshoot problems, deleting the WeMod folder in User/steamdeck/AppData/roaming.
