This video is a time lapse of a flight from Peterborough Conington Airfield to London Southend Airport. The footage is played back at 32 times normal speed. This flight took off from runway 28 at Peterborough Conington Airfield, flew over Cambridge Airport, before descending to remain below London Stansted Airport's controlled airspace. We then went around the back of Haverhill, before heading towards London Southend Airport, avoiding Weathersfield along then way. Upon establishing contact with London Southend Airport, we were vectored along the river Crouch onto a 6 mile final approach for runway 24. Aircraft type is a Piper PA-28.
