The Corpse Reviver 2 Cocktail

The Corpse Reviver has a past that goes back as far as 1861. Variations on the cocktail are abundant and recipes vary across the different publications that include the recipe. Most recipes though, have some sort of tie back to the Savoy Hotel, where bartender, Harry Craddock, speaks of the cocktail in this way: "To be taken before 11 AM, or whenever steam or energy is needed".

The Corpse Reviver 2 featured, is thought to be the most commonly consumed version in recent history. In our opinion, the Absinthe rinse used here gives the cocktail just the right nose and makes it unique and truly enjoyable.
