Former chief minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, is attempting to return to the top post in the state. However, incumbent CM Jitan Ram Manjhi is refusing to give up his position. He has sought an appointment with Narendra Modi, and is expected to discuss the political crisis in Bihar with the Prime Minister.
