This salty little dip comes from a 1970 appetizers and party snacks cookbook. This Ham Dip is the recipe of Mrs. Preston Smith, the wife of the Governor of Texas in 1970.
To make Ham Dip you need:
16 oz cottage cheese
1 small can of deviled ham
1/2 a package of onion soup mix
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender to make it smooth. Combine all ingredients and serve with Fritos.
To make this dip palatable combine:
16 oz. cream cheese
1 small can deviled ham
1/2 a package onion soup mix
Top with shredded cheese, sliced black olives, and sriracha sauce. Serve with Fritos.
