We don’t always have a workout partner, and that workout partner comes in handy big-time when we want to work out until failure because they can be our spotter if we do not have a spotter. It is still possible to work out until failure in the weight room, but we have to strategize in a way where we’re not going to get injured or get stuck under a bench press or a squat rack. This is a three step process that I use when I’m doing my chest and triceps day in order to work out until failure.
