I'm so sorry Magik, but Jeff has stolen my heart. I am not a person that usually says characters need buffs.. Typically I think a lot of characters get passive buffs through other character nerfs, but I do feel like Jeff's ultimate could be adjusted in some way, just not sure how. Maybe he regains his hp when he uses his ultimate so it can be used as a health reset or something. But he is so so fun, what do you guys think of him?
