This video shows you a delicious read pudding recipe made with BUTTERY HOMEMADE BISCUITS (dairy free fyi) and HOMEMADE Eggnog!
It’s REALLY good.

Recipe:
About 8-10 homemade biscuits or some fresh ones
From Cracker Barrel, similar. No canned if you can help it!
1 Tablespoon PURE Vanilla extract
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup caramel macchiato creamer
1 cup good quality eggnog (homemade preferred!)
1 tsp good cinnamon
3 large eggs
1 cup rough chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter (if your bread isn’t buttery)
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup eggnog & 1/3 cup creamer
Mix with fork until smooth
Combine all wet and sugar.
Add pecans.
Break baked biscuits into chunks and add to wet mixture.
Top with cinnamon and bake on 350 for an hour.
Let cool for 20 minutes then serve with generous drizzle of glaze.
