a patient came with symptomatic apical periodontitis with irreversible pulpitis in mandibular (lower) right 2nd molar. after taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment.
here is the procedure:
1. gingivectomy / electrosurgery: Actto50A
2. Rewalling: low shrinkage stress flowable composite resin (palfique bulkflow)
3. shaping with one curve (micro-mega)
4. passive ultrasonic activation using ultraX (eighteeth)
5. 3D obturation using fast fill and fast pack (eighteeth) and ceraseal bioceramic sealer (metabiomed)
6. coronal seal: low shrinkage stress flowable composite resin (palfique bulkflow)
7, core build up: high filler loading, high viscosity flowable composite resin (palfique universal flow super low)
8. dentin layer: high filler loading flowable composite resin (estelite flow quick)
9. final layer: high esthetic universal/packable composite resin (palfique asteria)
10. microscope: labomed prima
