For those thinking of growing your beard out I talk about the in's and out's of what it's like to have a beard and what you will deal with. The biggest adjustment to growing a beard will be your mustache and the length of it. As it gets longer it becomes a bit more of a pain in the ass to eat. You can use mustache wax to help part the hairs; but the best strategy is to use a lot of straws and pickup napkins.

You'll find that stroking the beard is a very enjoyable experience and you'll get a lot of compliments and comments about your beard as you grow it out. Overall the advantages beat out the disadvantages and it's well worth the journey.
