Being proficient with Reference/Citation Management Software will keep you focused on communicating via your writing rather than fighting your references and lit cited section. However, many students come into their graduate programs with little or no exposure to this essential piece of technology. This video is a quick introduction to Zotero (though concepts are similar to Mendeley or other reference management apps) for my FOR 546 class at the University of Idaho.
