POTATO IKAN BILIS WITH CHICKEN
Ingredients:
✏️ Dada Ayam / Chicken Breast (1/2 nos)
✏️ Ubi Kentang / Potatoes (2 nos)
✏️ Ikan Bilis / Anchovies (30g)
✏️ Bawang Merah / Red Onions (2 nos)
✏️ Tomato / Tomatoes (1 nos)
✏️ Cili Padi Merah / Red Bird's Eye Chillies (2 nos)
✏️ Kicap Masin / Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
✏️ Daun Ketumbar / Coriander
✏️ Lada Putih / White Pepper
✏️ Garam / Salt
✏️ Gula / Sugar
✏️ Minyak / Oil

Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken with some soy sauce and white pepper, then set aside.
2. Heat up enough oil to fry the potatoes. When the oil is hot enough, fry the potatoes in small batches.
3. Remove the potatoes from the oil when they're golden and crispy. Toss on a kitchen towel and season with some salt.
4. Fry the anchovies until golden and crispy, and set them aside when they're done.
5. Heat up some oil to fry the chicken, and set them aside when they're done.
6. Now, saute the onions and bird's eye chillies until fragrant, then add in the tomatoes, potatoes and chicken.
7. Season with soy sauce and sugar.
8. Quickly toss in the crispy anchovies and serve!
