EAT IN A DAY! (❌No cooking edition)
Here’s an example of an entire day of eating with zero cooking! Feel free to use these meal ideas the next time you’re in a rush or short on time!
I don’t personally count macros or track my calories because I don’t feel like that’s any way to live 🤷🏻♀️ There are days where I eat more and there are days where I eat less based on how I’m feeling or honestly just how busy I am! I’ve learned to listen to my body when it comes to fueling it and took a heck of a long time to get there but I’m so grateful for it!

UPON WAKING:
2 full glasses of water
Anti inflammatory shots (lemon, ginger, turmeric)

Breakfast:
Bread (toast if you’d like but this is a no cooking example), Smoked salmon, Avocado, Red onion & capers
.
Post-workout:
Smoothie with strawberry, banana, protein & almond milk
.
Lunch:
Turkey pinwheels - make a wrap with hummus, turkey cold cuts, cranberries, spinach, tomato
Almonds & Berries
.
Snacks:
High protein options like 321glo Brownies

HYDRATE!

Dinner:
Feel free to go out to eat! There ARE healthy options on the menu. I ordered a big salad with grilled shrimp and the dressing on the side to control how much was added

Before bed:
Chamomile tea always helps me sleep and my late night dessert option has actually been a small pack of gummy bears 🐻
