As the Lexus ES celebrates its sixth year of production, the automaker has decided it’s time for another refresh, launching the updated model in China first. This serves as a preview of what’s likely to come for other markets, including North America.
The 2026 model year brings some subtle visual changes, including a revised front end with matrix LED headlights and an updated spindle grille that tapers into the hood, drawing inspiration from the styling cues of the larger Lexus RX.
Beyond the exterior updates, the changes are minimal. The LED taillights now feature updated graphics and a full-width light bar, aligning with current design trends.
