My god. When a PitTurion dropped this track in my discord when the soundtrack was leaked, I immediately knew I wanted to do my own version. I just wanted to play it as is and not ruin such a texturally and rhythmically brilliant composition. So I used Mayumi Kozakura's scores, edited it and added vocal parts. This HAD to be recorded live so I gathered my friends that played at The Consouls' JRPG Strings radio in 2021 and recorded it in the new beautiful space at Messiah Studios. Thanks to my patrons, I was able to book this space, hire Zorsy to record us and hire Jason to film! I hope you enjoy this live take of Enokamiya Battle - Combat Beneath the Waves from Genshin Impact!
