We are back in the barn with some clang n bang. This does have a "homemade" type hack squat to it. So Yes I know it is different, but you need to make sure you are doing some of these things to get those HAMSTRINGS LIT UP. Make sure to feel this one out and make sure you are moving properly for it, before adding any more weight. Get those legs PUMPED. And of course we finished with some heavy triceps, because that's CLANG!
