Sumo squats are AMAZING!!! They are great for building lower body strength, they work your inner thighs, hip flexors, Glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and really activate your core! Even better it is a low impact exercise that almost everyone can do! Try 3 sets of 12-15 reps in your next workout.
The dumbbells I used were 2x 10kg.
