An Air India Express Boeing 737 NG aircraft operating a flight from Tiruchi to Sharjah with 140 passengers onboard circled over the airport for nearly three hours before making a safe return. There was a hydraulic failure warning in the cockpit, following which the pilots, out of abundant caution, decided to return to the airport.
