BJP MLA Madal Virupakshappa, who had stepped down as the Karnataka Soaps and Detergents Limited (KSDL) chairman after his son was caught taking a bribe, has been arrested by the Lokayukta in a bribery case.
Virupakshappa was charged with demanding a bribe through his son Prashanth Madal, a KAS officer.
