Tune in with Laurelle to learn about the difference between annuals and perennials!
An annual is a plant that grows from seed, pushes out seed, pushes out flower, and completes it's life in one season. Annuals have tons of long lasting foliage and flowers in a specific season.
A perennial will grow and thrive over multiple years. It may die down to the ground and go dormant over winter. It will be back next Spring though for more than two seasons. Perennials have shorter but more varied bloom time. Plant many different kids for a succession of blooms.
