TBB advocated for and has helped to establish labour mobility pilot schemes for refugees and other forcibly displaced people in seven countries. Over the next four years, we will work to transform these into established, ongoing programs.

In order to establish displaced talent mobility as a sustainable solution for refugees, it needs to be adopted by a critical mass of countries, on par with and additional to traditional humanitarian resettlement.
