The Orion Gate (Puerta de Orion) is a 15-meter-high sandstone rock formation located in the Serranía de la Lindosa, a conservation area in the department of Guaviare, Colombia. It is known for its unique shape, reminiscent of the Orion constellation. The gate is also a sacred place for the indigenous people of the region.
The Serranía de la Lindosa is a place of great natural beauty. In addition to Puerta de Orion, there are many other attractions to visit, such as waterfalls, rivers and trails. The Serrania de la Lindosa is also an important wildlife refuge.
