This Greek Recipe is inspired by a traditional dish from the Blue Zone Greek island of #Ikaria. The original rendition of this calls for something called papoulies, similar to Bok Choy. I have reworked it for Brussels Sprouts, making it easy to make anywhere.

This Greek-inspired recipe for Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes combines the following ingredients:
Extra virgin Greek olive oil
Red onion
Garlic
Small new potatoes
Brussels sprouts
Balsamic vinegar
Petimezi (grape molasses)
Ouzo
Sea salt and smoked sea salt
Black pepper
