පොලිසිය සඳහන් කළේ, යතුරුපැදි 03කින් පැමිණි නාඳුනන පිරිසක් මාර්ගයේ ගමන් කරමින් සිටි පුද්ගලයින් 05 දෙනෙකුට වෙඩි තබා පලාගොස් ඇති බවයි.
වෙඩි වැදීමෙන් තවත් පුද්ගලයෙකු තුවාල ලබා ඇති අතර ඔහු වැඩිදුර ප්‍රතිකාර සඳහා මාතර රෝහලට මාරු කර යවා තිබේ.
අ‍නෙක් පුද්ගලයින් තුන්දෙනාට වෙඩි වැදී නොමැති අතර පලා ගිය සැකකරුවන් සොයා විමර්ශන ක්‍රියාත්මයි.
වෙඩි වැදීමෙන් මිය ගොස් ඇත්තේ 26 හැවිදිරි තරුණ‍යෙකි.
