Today I am going to introduce you with a very special and authentic "Bengali dish" , called ➡️ Panchmishali Torkari.
It is a Bengali winter delicacy and also we bengalis , cherish this mixed vegetable curry , almost on any puja time.
It contains Five different "sobji" or vegetables and "Daler bori".
Ingredients :
1️⃣ Chopped PUMPKIN - 200 gm.
2️⃣ Chopped BRINJAL - 200 gm.
3️⃣ GREEN PEAS - 250gm.
4️⃣ Chopped POTATO - 4 Medium Sized.
5️⃣ Chopped CAULIFLOWER - 1 Small size
6️⃣ DALER BORI - 10 Pieces.
7️⃣ CUMIN - ½ tsp.
8⃣ CORIANDER POWDER - 1 tsp.
9⃣ GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1tsp.
🔟TURMERIC POWDER - 1tsp.
11.BAY LEAF - 2.
12.DRY RED CHILI - 2.
13. GREEN CHILI - 2.
14. SUGAR - 1tsp.
15. SALT - ½ tsp.
16. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1tsp.
