“Peaceful and Calm” is from Kira’s new album Songs for Peaceful Pandas, Volume 1. Listen anywhere you get your music. The album is a companion to her children’s mindfulness book, Peaceful Like a Panda, which has 30 simple, fun exercises that include gentle lessons of self-awareness and incorporate social-emotional learning concepts such as kindness, gratitude, and compassion.
