Here we are featuring two entry level acoustic guitars, the Cort AF510 and a Fender CD-60.
Both guitars are great choices for both a tight budget and an absolute beginner. The main difference between a toy and an instrument tends to be the choice of hardwoods, the quality of the neck, the bracing inside the guitar and special appointments like type of nut and tuners.
Both these budget instruments come with some great features, the Cort and Fender both have a properly braced body and top, with truss ross reinforced neck.
The Cort AF510 has an open pore design, allowing the guitar to be lightweight and comfortable, as well as a smaller body to once gain improve upon ergonomics and freedom of comfort. The neck on the Cort AF510 is very easy to play and the guitar is very loud for an entry level instrument. A gigbag is included also.
The Fender CD-60's dreadnought body combined with great bracing allows for a deep and resonant projection. The neck is very playable, and the Fender name on the headstock is sure to be noticed. A heavy gloss protects the instruments finish paired with a solid build quality making this instrument a great choice for beginners too.
